Kinsman Diff Viewer gives you a clean, native macOS interface for reviewing git diffs. Whether you paste a diff, open a patch file, pipe from the terminal, or point it at a repo — you get a fast, visual review experience.

Visual Diff Review

• Unified View — Traditional single-column diff with color-coded additions and deletions.
• Side-by-Side View — Old file on the left, new file on the right for easy comparison.
• Syntax Highlighting — Language-aware highlighting for Swift, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Go, Rust, C/C++, Java, PHP, Ruby, and more.
• Collapsible Hunks — Expand/collapse individual change blocks with prev/next navigation.
• Line Numbers — Toggle line numbers on or off. Adjustable font size (9–24pt).

File Navigation

• File List Sidebar — Quick access to every changed file with status badges (Added, Modified, Deleted, Renamed).
• File Tree View — Hierarchical folder view of all changed files.
• Dashboard — Overview with total files changed, additions, deletions, and file type breakdown.
• Search & Filter — Full-text search across all diff content. Filter by file status or sort by path, changes, additions, or deletions.

Git Review Workflow

• Review Modes — Review unstaged, staged, all uncommitted changes, commit history, or compare branches.
• Accept Verdict — Stage all changes, stage & commit with a message, or stage, commit & push.
• Reject Verdict — Stash changes or discard them entirely.
• Commit History — Browse and navigate through past commits.

Command-Line Integration

• kdiff CLI — Launch from the terminal: kdiff --review, kdiff --staged, kdiff file.diff, or git diff | kdiff.
