Koiné was built on a simple conviction: the best way to learn Biblical Greek is to read it — and the fastest way to start reading is to be able to tap any word and immediately understand it. No flipping through a lexicon, no losing your place. Just the text, and a gentle helping hand for every word.
Every gloss, parsing, and grammar note in the curated passages was prepared by hand so that a first-year student and a returning reader alike can open the Word and actually read it.

The Greek follows the SBL Greek New Testament (SBLGNT). The English in the side-by-side reader is the King James Version. Parsing and glosses for the curated readings were prepared by hand for the app.
